Ioncube loader or ZendOptimizer -error: unsupported file layout - solutions for Cpanel?

I need this for ClientExec (https://www.clientexec.com - best program as i know) and WHMAutopilot
 (http://www.whmautopilot.com working with Zend and Ioncube).

amd64# php -v

Any solutions?
