bind 9.3.1 thread issues on FreeBSD 5.3R/amd64

Yeah, as I've stated it doesn't happen 5.4R, the interesting bit
though is that it only happens on AMD64.

Also the problem can  be reproduced in a jail, in fact it was in a
jail that I first found out about it.
