AMD64 Ports

Can't you pretty much compile anything you want on AMD64 and run it? I'm sure
some of the code is i386 specific and some is AMD64 specific, but in general
doesn't the AMD emulate the 386's instruction set? I have an AMD eval machine
on the way, so I haven't done much testing first hand yet as far as ports go.
Should be doing more next week.
