Proliant DL145 CPU Throttle / Interrupt storm

Hi, I just loaded & updated to the latest RELENG_5_3 branch a dual proc 
HP Proliant DL145. I have 2 odd messages that have me a bit concerned. 
The first has to do with irq throttling in /var/log/messages:
Mar 17 17:14:41 fbsd2 kernel: Interrupt storm detected on "irq19: ohci0 
ohci1"; throttling interrupt source

And the second is something about throttling the CPU (in *bold* for easy 
location) upon boot-up:

My main question is if these 2 messages are something I need to worry
