no machine/ioctl_bt848.h machine/ioctl_meteor.h?

Hi,

since bktr is now available on amd64, I've tried to compile my multimedia/
xawtv on amd64, but it fails because of missing machine/ioctl_bt848.h and
machine/ioctl_meteor.h. Is there a point why they are not there? (at
least not on sledge.freebsd.org - the machine I'm trying to compile on)
