I get them too but do you actually have any interruption?
Can you try to find out the delta T (time difference) between the
DOWN and the next UP message? It's sometimes days here.

Yes, that's the strange thing.

I can see these messages on my serial console log in the other term
next to the one I am working on such a machine with ssh.
