FAST_IPSEC seems to produce a kernel that panic's when IPSEC is used.
I tried taking out INET6 per Mike Tancsa's suggestin.  No change.

/usr/sbin/setkey -f /etc/ipsec.conf with all lines commented out in
ipsec.conf triggers the panic
