amd64/73360: sk0: watchdog timeout

Hi.

I'm still running 5.3-RC1. I can upgrade to RELENG_5 today and then 
copy over the files. However, I'm not quite sure how to get just the 
two files that you recommend from HEAD; can you give me the syntax?
