CPUTYPE in /etc/make.conf

No, "single" meaingin only one.  There aren't 9 different CPU cores such
as the i386 has (i386, i486, Pent, PentPro, Pent-II, Pent-III, Pent-4,
K6, Athlon, Athlon-XP).  Besides "CPUTYPE=opteron", what else could one
set CPUTYPE to for 64-bit AMD64??
