trouble with K8T Master2-FAR (dual Opteron)

I tried FreeBSD 5.2R/i386 install CD.
I could boot normally.

I down-graded to 1.0, but panic after "avail memory" still occur...


Now, I'm subscribing freebsd-current ML.

I could found some report like mine.

So, I'll ask help at freebsd-current ML, too.
