Building (cross) gcc 3.3 on AMD64 fails

Unfortunatly there are no CONFIGURE_HOST and CONFIGURE_BUILD variables
like CONFIGURE_TARGET.

Try adding x86_64-portbld-freebsd${OSREL} as --host and --build
CONFIGURE_ARGS
