New snapshot uploaded (5-20030831-CURRENT)

This doesn't have the perl or X11 packages on the ISO's, so it is best to
just install the core FreeBSD bits and CVSup + 'pkg_add -r' if you use
the ISO's.

P.S. it might take a day for the snapshot to make it out to your favorite
FreeBSD mirror.
