Actually there is. The AMD64 reference machine in the FreeBSD.org
cluster has 8 GB:
[simon at sledge:~] dmesg | grep memory
real memory = 8589934592 (8192 MB)
avail memory = 8130809856 (7754 MB)
It should be a 'Rioworks HDAMA'.
