Openssl 0.9.8b throws illegal instruction

Don't use -mcpu=pca56;  I've noticed problems in both the nethack and unzip
ports on that architecture with that flag.  Experience has shown bug reports
are best submitted to the gcc group, which I would be doing if my hardware 
didn't keep going south...
