FreeBSD on AlphaServer 1000A 4/266

Hi,
Another question: What type of partition do I need to install FreeBSD on
my AlphServer 1000A (4/266)? Currently I've Digital Unix 4.0b running on
it....can I install top of that? I *don't* want any duel boot.
