problem building 5.1-p13

I think there must be something wrong with my DCC
I Got the same error I re-downloaded all the source tree.
FreeBSD sauron 4.8-RELEASE-p13 FreeBSD 4.8-RELEASE-p13 #0: Fri Oct 17
18:43:06 CEST 2003 fddi at sauron:/usr/src/sys/compile/SAURON alpha
gcc --version
2.95.4
and make buildworld fails as reported below.
I Am not using any kind of optimization in make.conf
any hints is very appreciated...
