NFS hangs appears dc(4) newbusification related

Since the problem appears to be specific to NFS, try NFS mount
options (like tcp) and/or enabling statd/lockd. Those are the
things I'm going to tweak with as well. Besides that, I'm going
to look at the actual change to dc(4).
