Anyone setup an OpenAFS server ... ?

So far, been drawing a blank on some sort of tutorial / quick start guide ... 
had someone send me one for NetBSD, but about halfway through it, I figured out 
that have the places it was telling me to put files didn't have an relation to 
the FreeBSD system :(

Before I try and 'translate' those instructions to FreeBSD, is there something 
else already out there?
