Suspend to ram almost work on desktop computer

I can suspend to RAM, but the resume does not work:

- PS/2 keyboard unresponsive
- USB mouse unresponsive
- KDM / Xorg unresponsive, I am spit to console after "resume"
- network activity blinks

ASUS P5KPL-AM
Intel Pentium E5200 dual core
NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT EE with blob ver. 290
