Suspend from gnome does nothing. Typing suspend & hibernation in a console:

%sudo acpiconf -s 3
acpiconf: request sleep type (3) failed: Operation not supported
%sudo acpiconf -s 4
acpiconf: request sleep type (4) failed: Operation not supported

Yet my supported sleeps states show those:

%sysctl hw.acpi.supported_sleep_state
hw.acpi.supported_sleep_state: S3 S4 S5
