ASL External References

How do I populate and External reference in an ASL?  I'm trying to get 
the acpi_fujitsu driver to work without

The method I'm looking to implement:
External (\_SB_.PCI0.GFX0.LCD_.BLNF, MethodObj)    // 0 Arguments
