New very strange facts.

When used in Standard mode, ICH7 controller
works fine and there is no interrupt storm. I appears only in RAID
mode. I am afraid that my programming skills are too bad to fix ata
driver. Maybe I can ask for help some FreeBSD developers? Maybe there
is someone who is interested in debugging this driver? ;)

Buy the way, someone wrote my a week ago (I've lost his email), he has the really the same
problem and can't find solution also.

P.S. I tried to use external PCI controlles, but they (e.g. Promise tx4310)
have very poor BIOS'es nowadays, and I decided that software RAID like
this are really waste of money. atacontrol can't deal with them
normally, software support is quite poor.
