Added one in RELNTOES (missed adding a Relnotes: yes tag). I don't know if we add
an entry to UPDATING each time GENERIC changes? I guess people could remove lines
they might have added to loader.conf to avoid a spurious warning if they are using
GENERIC instead of a custom kernel.
