It wasn't out when I started the update process (exp-run, etc.). But now 
that I look, 78.13.0 was. I think I must have thought 78.9.0 was the 
latest, thanks to the sorting:

The fact that portscout doesn't pick this up for some reason:

Anyway, I'll start on 78.14.0 now... *sigh*
