Due to "Initial supportn for Quake 2021 re-release". For games it's
important to be compatible with game data and multiplayer servers.
Note, this is a leaf port, so the impact is small.

/quarterly isn't security-only but includes reliability fixes.
Both security and reliability sometimes include updates.
