    math/onednn: disable on 32-bit architectures
    
    Attempt to build on powerpc fails:
    CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:87 (message):
      oneDNN supports 64 bit platforms only
    
    This also makes BROKEN_i386 unnecessary.
