    german/hunspell: fix swiss-german dictionary
    
    - The swiss-german dictionary was not properly prepared, as the used
      sed (/bin/sed) was unable to replace 'ß' by 'ss'.
    
    - Use the shebangfix framework to make it use gsed, which is already
      depended on.
