Be *slightly* careful with this, since the longest category/portname
combination is already 61 characters (security/p5-Dancer2-Plugin-Auth-
Extensible-Provider-Usergroup). As a social thing[1] applying technical
measures is .. fraught.

[1] Suggested description of the social thing we're trying to achieve: the
first line of the commit message should mention what port is being updated and
give a very short statement of the nature of the update, followed by a blank
line -- this is so that the nature of the change is easily communicated to all
ports maintainers through email, git-history-viewers, and git in the terminal.
