Nice. Personally, I've never had a reason to compute tgamma() on
negative inputs anyway, so it's no surprise to me that nobody
noticed the problem in the last 20 years!

Sorry I've been out of the loop a bit. I'm hoping to have some
time this summer, but may wind up at MSR instead...
