Well I see it installed to /usr/include/rpc from /sys/rpc now.

Still better way I mention above, to separate possible userland addition 
to /usr/include/rpc/types.h from kernel only /sys/rpc/types.h (which 
will be installed under /usr/include/sys/rpc in the case I describe).
