  Log:
  Simplify operations with sync_mtx in sched_sync():
  - Don't drop the lock just to reacquire it again to check rushjob, this
    only wastes time.
  - Use msleep() to drop the mutex while sleeping instead of explicitly
    unlocking around tsleep.
