: One thing need is to rectify that there is no mention of ARM in our
: "Support for Multiple Architectures" document. What tier is ARM?

Don't play rules lawyer with me.

: I know you will use Core will run rough-shot over me and this issue.
: That point is clear. A non-core mortal has no chance in such situations.
: As to your point of view of your working with me, you've made claims to
: core unsubstantiated by email logs (I've check with a core member what
: you claimed).

This isn't about runing rough-shot over you. I've been submitting
these patches and begging you to tell me how I can help to get them
into the tree for nearly a year.

: Things are moving forward, but your calling what I say as bullshit is
: utter bullshit. I'll open up my email logs to anyone wanting to see.

I will too. As recently as July 7, 2006, I proposed a very reasonable
path into the tree, which you totally ignored. I've sent many
different messages to you, I've tried to catch you on IRC. I'm
totally frustrated.

I also had written to you on June 30th, wondering why my previous
messive on getting the arm bits into tree was ignored.

This was a followon from the conversation that we had around June 19th
where I begged and pleaded with you to tell me what to do to get the
patches into the tree, as they were holding up taking arm to the next
level. I sent you a heads up after months of inactivity to try to get
the issue resolved.

I can't troll my archives for email prior to May since a hard disk
crash killed all the email that I had. My memory is that I started
asking you what I could do to help facilitate getting the patches into
the tree around Christmas time.

There are references to the 'reference platform' issue in the core
archives starting in January 2006, which were in reply to my asking
you what was up with the ARM patches.

: I've asked you to help me get a usable reference ARM platform - from
: simulator to real HW. It hasn't been since Sam's good work that I am
: getting what I need to do to my part of this.

Core has already said that a reference platform isn't required, in the
June 19th conversation. That was over a month ago.

Like I said, I'm totally frustrated by this situation. However, maybe
we should call each other and chat.
