This provides a stopgap mechanism for seeing the current rssi when in
sta mode.  As soon as I can commit the code to push the noise floor up
to the 802.11 layer I'll mod ifconfig to show signal+nf in the normal
status display.

This should also help folks that've been asking for a way to get the
current rssi/signal level for ui tools.
