  MFC 1.27-1.33:
   o Fix minor endianness confusion
   o Fix the bug that prevented most EHCI interrupt transfers from
     working correctly, and enable split transactions
   o Arrange the periodic QH tree correctly
   o Ignore non-fatal qTD token status bits
   o Set the split transaction interrupt C-mask correctly
