  Merge ipx_input.c:1.50 from HEAD to RELENG_5:
  
    Mark the IPX netisr as MPSAFE so that inbound IPX traffic is processed
    without Giant, and can be directly dispatched in the ithread when
    net.isr.enable is turned on.
