I try to clarify this subject from very initial moment, first of all 
making the best guess with information I have in hand. Well, this guess 
later turned out to be contradicting with ports locale conventions. But 
since you wear portmgr hat _before_ giving any explanations (do you 
seriously suppose that "search somewhere in the ports@ archives" is 
distinct explanation?) and even misdirecting my supposed actions (add or 
remove?), I forced to obey due to project policy and not because I can see 
any rational reason behind it. No surprise I drop my maintainership of 
this port in that situation just because of lack of information needed.
