Agreed. Plus:
shrike-{~} % uname -sr
FreeBSD 4.11-STABLE
shrike-{~} % ll /etc/security
ls: /etc/security: No such file or directory

I don't think we support anything other than the head of RELENG_4 ->
-CURRENT either.
