No, didn't come that far, but I have to admit that the install part
could be degraded in terms of speed, as there are at least twice as
much processes for all invocations of ${INSTALL} and ${LN}. Of course,
this effect could be reduced by implementing a logging feature into the
`install' and `ln' binaries themselves (and logging information would
be even more accurate. Ever tried to parse the arguments passed to
install in a shell script? Source dir, dest dir, create dir, use new
name, keep old name...).
