  Re-write OF_decode_addr() with a bus-neutral approach, adding support
  for nodes hanging off of Central, FireHose and PCI busses.
  Meanwhile, i.e. after rev. 1.13 was committed to HEAD, this was also
  confirmed to actually work for devices on FireHose which implies that
  it also works for devices on Central.
