After a brief search, it appears that NVIDIA has changed the spelling
to that.  They did use to spell it nVidia, but after a google search:
nVidia site:nvidia.com turned up no spellings of nVidia in the first
8 pages (besides urls which are all lowercase), that is enough to
convince me that NVIDIA is now the correct way to spell it.
