I was only following the requests/plans of Doug, Jacques, DES, Ken
Smith and others who asked that BIND9 be placed in it's own
directory due to the large differences between BIND8 and
BIND9.  If you disagree with this then please begin a discussion
with Doug and get other people involved to voice their opinions
on the issue as well.
