cvs commit: src/share/man/man4/man4.i386 ct.4

Mitsunaga-san, I've started process of moving ct.4 to ctau.4. So tell me
if you are ready to add ct.4, I'll cvs remove my ct.4, cause I've add
ctau.4. If you are not, I'll wait a bit with its removal.
