picobsd has had its own category for 2 years, and it has been sitting
there untouched with only one port in it ever since.  In fact I've
been intending to remove the category soon and move that port back to
net/.  The usual rule of thumb for a new category is that it must
contain 10 ports and have significant reason for a separate existence.
Since picobsd seems to be essentially a dead project I'd need to be
convinced that the category should remain.
