I can take a bash at it but I haven't seen this sort of thing
happen before so just for confirmation...  Basically any line
that has the word 'copyright' on it most likely needs to be
changed, though engage brain briefly before changing it (e.g.
if it's buried inside of the UCB copyright statement leave it
alone, just FBSD copyrights).  Is that more or less the algorithm?
