If it does, may I suggest that this happens in /usr/src/etc/Makefile
instead of in installworld? That way mergemaster can deal with it.

In an ideal world, anything in loader.conf should be twiddle'able in
loader.conf.local, but if it isn't, we don't want to blat user changes.
