Hmm...  I like this idea.  Will send patch to mergemaster mainatiner

Argh!  I have misread 'years' as 'hours'.  I remember this discussion
and had wrote locale.deprecated support exactly for purposes of this
'mass rename'.  Actually I think 'HEADSUP sent few years ago' is not
appropriate for change made today for many reasons.
