No, it is _not_ ok'd.  You committed this before I had reviewed
the actual patch and not in the manner I had stated.  Please
have more patience.  I agree that the release.9 stuff is OBE,
but your earlier commit was premature.  In further thinking, it
may be appropriate to use per-arch release.10 targets depending
on how ugly release.10 ends up being.
