WITH_LIBMAP is the only readily available example I can think of. Hmm.
Also, in the src tree we tend to spell things NO<foo> as in NOLIBTHR,
and so on.
I don't know if there is a style rule for this, but consistency is nice.
I am sure there are similar things in MAkefile.inc1.
