Unfortunately, many of these are wrong.  For example:

+.It Li _SC_FSYNC
+Return 1 if the system supports file synchronization, otherwise \-1.

A brief examination of the source code (or, alternatively, the output
of `getconf _POSIX_FSYNC') will convince you that this is not the
case.
