Remember the NFS problems I had? I continued to have them despite
frobbing NFS mount options. The driver is definitely broken for
my machine or my setup. I gave up on it. Everytime I sync'd my
source tree I had to remember to revert if_dc to before the
newbusification. The moment I lost count of how many times I
forgot to do that was exactly the time to stop using the I/F.
